Returns Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. When you receive your package, promptly check the items to make sure the items are correct and undamaged.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Items returned without original packaging will NOT be refunded so please keep all packaging for the 30 day return period.
Non-returnable items: Gift cards
We will credit or exchange for DEFECTIVE items only (minus the cost of shipping and handling and subject to a 15% restocking fee).
In your return package please include:
A copy of your receipt
A note telling us what the problem was
A note stating whether you would like a credit or an exchange for another item.
Please allow up to 3 weeks to receive your replacement or credit.
